IVF, with a plan you actually understand.
A 12-week strategic support experience that blends clinical insight, whole-person planning, and the emotional support you need to move into IVF feeling clear, grounded, and confident, not wondering what you missed.
75 minutes, both of you. The clearest next step you can take.
When you’re considering IVF, the hardest part usually isn’t the treatment.
It’s everything you’re trying to make sense of before you begin. No matter how many appointments you’ve had, the same questions keep circling: what are we missing, why don’t these numbers make more sense, are we overlooking something, how do we know we’re actually ready. It’s not that your team isn’t trying, it’s that the fertility system assumes each provider handles one part of the journey, which means no one is responsible for putting the entire picture together. You’re not doing anything wrong. You simply haven’t been given the full picture yet.

Frequently asked.
How is this different from a fertility coach or doing IVF on your own?+
Most fertility coaches focus on lifestyle changes. Your clinic focuses on medical treatment. My work bridges the exact gap between the two, the gap that often determines IVF success. As a clinician (PA-C) in reproductive medicine, I bring clinical expertise coaching can’t: hormone labs, IVF protocols and timing, semen analysis and male-factor issues, and how both partners’ results fit together, combined with whole-person strategy clinics rarely have time for.
Do you replace my fertility doctor or clinic?+
No, and you shouldn’t want me to. Your clinic handles everything treatment-related: ultrasounds, procedures, medications, monitoring. My role is to support everything happening around your treatment, the strategy and clarity that influence outcomes but often go unexplained.
Will you tell my clinic what to do or change my protocol?+
No, only your fertility doctor can make medical decisions. My role is to help you understand the why behind your protocol, identify questions worth asking, and feel confident you understand your plan before moving forward. I help you have clearer conversations with your doctor, not override them.
Can you help even if male-factor issues are involved?+
Absolutely, and it’s one of the biggest strengths of my work. Male-factor issues contribute to nearly half of all infertility cases, yet most programs focus almost entirely on the female partner. I review semen results, advanced testing, lifestyle factors, and patterns that are often overlooked. Your plan shouldn’t be built on half the picture.
Can you help if I’ve already started treatment, or done multiple rounds?+
Yes. Many couples find me after a failed cycle or right before starting IVF. There’s real value in understanding what happened previously, strengthening egg and sperm quality for the next step, and getting clarity on decisions. It is never too late for clarity, and repeated cycles without clear answers are exactly what this program is built for.
What’s the time commitment, and is it covered by insurance?+
Most couples spend 1–2 hours a week in the program between sessions, office hours, and group support. This is a private, strategic support program outside the medical system, so it isn’t insurance-covered, but many couples use HSA/FSA funds, fertility loans, or employer reimbursement, and I can provide documentation if needed.
Can my partner be included?+
Yes, and I strongly encourage it. Your fertility is a two-person story, even when the issue appears to be on one side. Both partners get messaging support, session access, and tailored recommendations. Couples who go through IVF as a team have better outcomes and a healthier experience.
What results can I realistically expect, and how do I know if I’m a good fit?+
No one can guarantee pregnancy, but you can expect a clear understanding of your full fertility picture, stronger communication with your clinic, reduced anxiety, and a personalized plan built to support your best chance. You’re likely a strong fit if you want both partners evaluated together, you’ve had confusing results or failed cycles, and you value strategic guidance over generic advice. A Fertility Deep Dive is the best first step, or the Fertility Pattern Assessment if you’re not ready for that yet.
