How is the Deep Dive different from your program?
The Deep Dive is where we uncover the why. It’s one conversation to understand your whole picture and see what’s really going on. My program is the next chapter, for when you want to turn that understanding into a real strategy and have me walk it with you. You never have to decide about the program to get everything out of the Deep Dive.
Is this medical advice?
No. I don’t diagnose, prescribe, or replace your medical team. I help you understand your own case and know what to ask, so you can advocate for yourself. Your clinic handles the treatment. I help you build the strategy behind it.
Do both of us need to be there?
Your partner is always welcome, and I’d love to have them, since the male side is half the picture and routinely overlooked. If they can’t make this one, that’s completely okay.
